What if I don't see the putter I want?

Please contact us and we will try our best to get it.

What happens if I damage the putter?

Normal wear and tear is expected and covered by your subscription. For significant damage, we assess each case individually and may charge you if we deem necessary.

Are the putters used?

Our inventory consists of new and used putters. We ensure that every putter sent out is in great condition.

What happens if I don't return the putter after my subscription is done?

If the putter isn't shipped within five business days you may be charged the full price of the putter.

How long does it take to get a putter swap?

Once we approve your return you will be able to request another putter.

How often am I able to swap for another putter?

You are able to swap putters once a month. We recommend giving each putter at least four rounds of play before making a switch.

Do you offer left handed putters?

At this time we only offer right handed putters.

How do I request a return?

Log in to your customer portal and request a return. Once approved, we will upload a prepaid return label to your portal.

Should I keep the shipping box?

Yes, you should keep the box the putter came in for when you decide to return it.
